Refund and Returns Policy Overview

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund or exchange. However, after 24 hours, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Therefore, please be sure to review your order promptly. In addition, if you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

To return an item, please keep it unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, make sure to bring it back in its original packaging, along with the signed invoice, delivery note, or receipt.

We do not accept returns for certain items. We exclude highly contagious goods such as earphones, clips, and foam cleaners. But, we refuse products classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items we cannot accept for return include:

  • Firstly, Sensitive products like Foam Cleaner
  • Secondly, Downloadable software products
  • Lastly, Some personal care items

To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, we offer only partial refunds, including when:

  • A book shows obvious signs of use
  • VHS tapes, software, or package boxes show that they have been opened

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether we approve or reject your refund.

If we approve your refund, we will process it and automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original payment method within 2 working/business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or M-Pesa balance again.

Next, contact us. Sometimes the Finance department needs extra processing time, which can cause delays.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Some sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only accept returns for items that are in good condition and in the same state as when they were sold. If you’d like to exchange an item for the same one, please call us at 0714362738 or, if possible, visit our store.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then that cannot be refunded .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
